Vertex AI — Terms of Use

Access

Vertex AI is available to people Vertex League has granted access, for example through a Vertex League membership. Access is personal to you and may not be shared, and it ends when your eligibility ends.

Conversation review and your consent

Conversations are reviewed to improve Vertex League content. Every conversation you have with Vertex AI is stored and may be read by the Vertex League team. By using Vertex AI, you give Vertex League permission to review and use your conversations to improve courses, calls, and other Vertex League content, and to operate and improve this service. We do not train AI models on your conversations, and we will never share your conversations with other users.

Your messages are processed by the AI infrastructure providers we use to run the service, subject to their data protections. Don't include client-confidential information in your conversations.

Check the answers

Vertex AI generates answers from Vertex League content, and like any AI it can be incomplete or wrong. Answers are educational information, not professional advice. Verify anything important before you act on it — especially numbers, legal requirements, and anything specific to your state.

Not legal advice

Vertex AI provides practice-management and business education for law firm owners. It does not provide legal advice, and its output is not a substitute for your professional judgment on client matters.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to extract, export, or reproduce Vertex League course material in bulk, probe the system's configuration, or use the service on behalf of anyone who doesn't have their own access. Fair-use limits apply to keep the service fast and available for everyone; the app will tell you if you reach one. The Vertex League team may suspend access for misuse.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change to these terms, you'll be asked to review and accept the new version the next time you use Vertex AI. Continued use after accepting means the new version applies.
