Access

Vertex AI is available exclusively to active Vertex League members as part of their membership. Access is personal to you and may not be shared. If your membership ends, access ends with it.

Conversation review

Conversations are reviewed to improve Vertex League content.Every conversation you have with Vertex AI is stored and may be read by the Vertex League team to improve courses, calls, and other member content. Don't include client-confidential information in your conversations.

Not legal advice

Vertex AI provides practice-management and business education for law firm owners. It does not provide legal advice, and its output is not a substitute for your professional judgment on client matters.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to extract, export, or reproduce Vertex League course material in bulk, probe the system's configuration, or use the service on behalf of non-members. The Vertex League team may suspend access for misuse.
